320g (11 oz) tin artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
60ml (2fl oz) mayonnaise
Dash of Worcester sauce
55g (2 oz) grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and white pepper to taste
Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 180c, 350f, gas mark 4.
2. Combine all the ingredients in all (32fl oz) ovenproof glass dish and bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Serve with crisps or vegetable chips.
