160ml (5fl oz) low-fat cottage cheese
90g (3oz) feta cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp freshly snipped dill
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
Salt to taste
30 medium mushroom caps, cleaned and de-stemmed
Fresh dill sprigs for garnish
Steps
Combine the first seven ingredients in a small bowl and mix until blended thoroughly. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of filling into each mushroom cap. Garnish with fresh dill sprogs and serve.
