1 yam, peeled, quartered and thinly sliced
50ml (2 1/2fl oz) freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
Salt to taste
Steps
Place the yam slices in a shallow glass dish and toss with lime juice; allow to marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature. Drain the crisps and transfer to a serving platter; sprinkle with chilli powder, pepper and salt. Serve immediately with your favourite dip.
